課程概述 |
本課程主要用意在於讓學生對傳統與現代的組織社會學理論做回顧與批判,並探討組織理論發展的新方向。屬於本課程討論範疇的傳統組織理論有韋伯與科層制度 (Weber and Bureaucracy), 科學管理學派(the Scientific Management School),人群關係學派(the Human Relations School),及結構權變學派(the Structural Contingency School)等。現代組織理論則包括資源依賴理論(Resource Dependence Theory) 、網絡理論(Network Theory),組織經濟學(Economics of Organization),組織生態學(Organizational Ecology),及新制度理論(New Institutionalism)等。
